  2. Carbs to Fuel. It irks me that carbs get a bad rap. Carbohydrates are an important player during exercise because they give us energy. Carbs are the champ of pushing you harder and longer during a workout. Sure, chocolate milk has added sugar, but it serves a purpose if you’re exercising.
