Carrie Sanders, RD

At the time this blog was written, Carrie Sanders was a registered dietitian and the executive director at Loaves and Fishes of Northwest Oklahoma, a client-choice food pantry where they serve approximately 750 low-income families each month. Ms. Sanders has a passion for teaching people how to live a healthy lifestyle on any budget and for improving the overall health of her community.

Carol Bradley, Ph.D., RD, LD

When this blog was published, Dr. Carol Bradley specialized in cardiac and heart health; nutritional needs pertaining to behavioral and mental health; food safety; and more. Dr. Bradley holds an M.A. in nutrition from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in school and behavioral psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Carol currently works with intellectually disabled individuals who are medically fragile.

Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSD, LD

Amy Goodson is the sports dietitian for Ben Hogan Sports Medicine, Texas Christian University Athletics and the University of Texas at Arlington Athletics. She is also the consulting sports dietitian for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, FC Dallas soccer team, and Jim McLean Golf School - where she works with amateur and professional golfers.

Susan Allen

Susan grew up on a farm in northwest Oklahoma and has over 30 years of experience working in agriculture. She has been part of the Dairy MAX team since 2007 and has worked with schools, health and wellness professionals and farmers.
