Roberta Anding is an award-winning teacher, professional sports dietitian and experienced speaker, who has contributed to numerous publications. She is an assistant professor in the Baylor Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Roberta is also sports dietitian for the Houston Astros and has taught at the Tulane Medical Center/Medical School, The University of Houston School of Nursing and Rice University.
