Dairy Discovery Zone Sweepstakes 2019: Win Free Milk for a Year Official Sweepstakes Rules

Eligibility: On-site visitors age eighteen (18) or above to the Dairy Discovery Zone during the 2019 State Fair of Texas, and individuals age (18) or above who enter via the alternate method of entry described below. Employees of Dairy MAX, Inc. (Dairy MAX), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Prize: Each of the five (5) winners will receive one (1) set of coupons provided by Dairy MAX for one gallon of milk per week for 52 weeks valued at approximately $120.00. The coupons may only be used for milk within the State of Texas. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by sponsor in the event that a prize (or part thereof) cannot be awarded, in which case sponsor will at its sole discretion award a prize (or part thereof) of equal or greater value. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winner understands that he/she must claim a prize award on his or her tax return.
How to Enter and Win:
TO ENTER
1. Visit Dairy MAX’s traveling Dairy Discovery Zone exhibit at the following event:
a. State Fair of Texas – Sept. 27 – Oct. 20, 2019
2. Stop by the exhibit’s photo booth, take a photo at the Dairy MAX photo booth, and provide your email address onsite, as requested by staff. Limit one (1) entry per person each day of the 2019 State Fair of Texas (Sept. 27 – Oct. 20, 2019).
Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without taking a photo at the Dairy MAX photo booth and providing your email address onsite, write your email address on a 3” by 5” card, and mail the card to Dairy MAX, Inc., 2214 Paddock Way Drive, Suite 600, Grand Prairie, TX 75050; Attn: Adrian Castresana. Limit one (1) entry per person each day of the 2019 State Fair of Texas (Sept. 27 – Oct. 20, 2019). Dairy MAX must receive all mail-in entries by 5:00 PM Central Time on October 24, 2019 for the 2019 State Fair of Texas sweepstakes.
You may only submit a total of one (1) entry each day of the 2019 State Fair of Texas (Sept. 27 – Oct. 20, 2019), whether you enter via the photo entry method described in 2. above, or via the alternate method of entry described above.
TO WIN
One (1) week following the last day of the 2019 State Fair of Texas, Dairy MAX will randomly select five (5) winners from the list of entrants. Dairy MAX will notify the winners via email by the following week. Each winner will have five (5) days from the date of notification to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within (5) days from the date of notification, Dairy MAX will randomly select an alternative winner from the list of entrants. The alternative winner will then have five (5) days from the date of notification to accept the prize. If the alternative winner does not accept the prize within five (5) days from the date of notification, Dairy MAX reserves the right to randomly select another winner, or to not award the prize, in its sole discretion.
Rights of Use: By entering, entrants agree to release their photo for Dairy MAX promotional use without any compensation from Dairy MAX to entrants for such promotional use.
Indemnification: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless, Dairy Management Inc., Dairy MAX, Inc., their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development or production of this sweepstakes, from all claims or damages arising out of participation in both this offer and/or sweepstakes and/or acceptance of any prize or offer.
