- ⅔ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded smoked Gouda Cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions or chives
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. In a 9-inch glass pie plate, melt butter in oven.
- In large bowl, lightly beat eggs; add milk, flour and salt. With a wire whisk beat until smooth (2 to 3 minutes.) Pour batter into pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bottom is brown.
- Sprinkle with cheese, green onions or chives and bacon. Cut into 4 pieces; serve immediately.
Tips + Tricks:
- Shredded Swiss cheese would also be good on the pancake.
- For breakfast or brunch, serve with assorted fresh fruit. For lunch or dinner, serve with fruit and/or a side salad. For good results, ingredients for batter or batter may be at room temperature for baking.
