A Very Dairy Potato Casserole
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 bag semi-thawed hash browns
- 1 onion, chopped
Total Fat: 18g
Saturated fat: 10g
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Melt butter and pour into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan.
Mix together soup, milk, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese. Add in the hash browns and chopped onion. Mix well.
Spread into pan and top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 50 minutes.
