  • ¼ cup (1 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1¾ cups reduced-fat buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped low-fat ham

Instructions
