Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk (skim, reduced or whole)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (honey or vanilla flavored)
  • ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • ½ cup mango cubes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small kiwi, peeled
  • ¼ cup pineapple (fresh, frozen or crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup ice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and serve.
