- 2 teaspoons fresh or dried lavender blossoms
- Lactose-free vanilla ice cream

Combine honey and lavender in a small pan. Turn to low heat. Let the lavender infuse the honey for 10 minutes. Strain in a fine mesh sieve; discard lavender.
Use either as a warm sauce over ice cream and crispy sopapillas or cool completely and store in the pantry for sauces, dressings, or the ultimate topping for homemade biscuits.
