  1. Combine honey and lavender in a small pan.
  2. Heat on low for 10 minutes to let the lavender infuse the honey.
  3. Strain in a fine mesh sieve; discard lavender.
  4. Use either as a warm sauce over ice cream and crispy sopapillas or cool completely and store in the pantry for sauces, dressings, or the ultimate topping for homemade biscuits.
